Thomas Services (Jonah and John) installed a new 2-stage 3T Rheem heat pump compressor and air handler and thermostat at my home, all for a reasonable price (thanks, Brian). The team worked hard, got it all done in a timely manner, did a nice job of cleanup, and I am pleased. To top it off, Travis came by to optimize the thermostat settings to the specific system installed and to the customer (me) preferences. Recommend customers ask to have thermostat settings customized. Thank you, TSC.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Thomas HVAC. They diagnosed the problem with my old system very quickly and helped provide solution options. Brian was very helpful in explaining the options for replacing my old, non-functional HVAC unit and answered all of my questions to help me reach a decision. Austin and the installation team did an excellent job with the install overall, and were professional, courteous, and competent in their work. The installed product looks very clean and sharp, and is running perfectly. I appreciate Thomas HVAC for making me feel better about this large investment in my home, and I strongly recommend using them for any HVAC issues at your home.

Great HVAC Experience with Lee Jan 28, 2025

I met with salesperson Lee Hatchett to discuss replacement of both of our 22-year-old Trane HVAC systems at our residence. Lee was very knowledgeable and professional, as he has over 19 years of experience as an HVAC service technician, and he presented some options that my wife and I could choose from. We decided to upgrade to a variable speed Ruud unit for our main living area and a two-stage Ruud unit for the downstairs area. I also went with iWave air purifiers installed in both air handlers. The work was scheduled, and the guys showed up on time. Johnny, Austin, Josiah and Stan all did a great job removing the old units and installing the new ones. They were very courteous and professional and did not leave a mess. Lee met them when they arrived and went over everything that was agreed upon. Then, at the end of the day, Lee came back to make sure everything was done and that we were happy with the work. Also, Lee had Travis come out the next day to make sure that we understood the programming of the thermostats. Travis was very courteous and knowledgeable as well and assisted me in getting the EcoNet thermostat for the variable speed system set up on my phone. I received a great warranty on the equipment, and the overall price was reasonable. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Great place. We wanted to put in a new sink going from double to single. Robert helped me make that decision. He was very patient with me, helped me with all my questions, and made my decision easy. The service technician that did the work was awesome. I wasn’t there, but my husband was and said he was very thorough and detailed to the task. Overall experience with Thomas was awesome. I highly recommend 10 out of 10.

I can’t say enough great things about Thomas Service Company. I live in a new home, where the temperature in all the rooms has never been consistent. Thomas Services installed a new thermostat with sensors so that I can regulate the temperature throughout my home. Dustin came out several times to help with the programming and installation of some new parts on my existing unit. Thank you, Dustin.

We had a complicated problem that required the replacement of our AC unit, furnace, and hot water heater. Thomas was able to complete all of it for a reasonable price, and they were super speedy. They completed everything in three days and did a great job. They even did some additional plumbing work on the shower while they were here (which had original '60s tile) and you can't even tell; it looks seamless. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They answered every question that we had, even the unrelated ones, and were very forthcoming. Brian and Byron were exceptionally responsive. I highly recommend them!! Update 11.25.2024, 6 months after installation: Everything is still running smoothly and works perfectly. We had an unrelated gas leak due to a faulty valve near our furnace - not caused by Thomas, the valve was just old. After contacting them, their dispatch texted me for scheduling and had someone come out to fix it the very same day. Excellent customer service and super fast response time. The tech, Dustin, was professional and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Still 5 stars!

This was my first time working with Thomas HVAC. I had a wonderful experience with Dalton today! He came out to do a seasonal tune-up on my unit. Dalton was the sweetest gentleman and very knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He found the reason for why my air conditioner smelled so badly when it kicked on throughout the day and patiently worked with me to find the best way to resolve the problem and keep it from coming back. I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them, especially Dalton, for any of your HVAC needs!

Absolutely fantastic! Prompt, same-day service. Knowledgeable, professional tech. Have a quote with a full range of repair options from the lowest cost/immediate repair to the high end with the repair and suggested additional preventative maintenance. I felt the quotes were honest evaluations and not some attempt to 'upsell'. Our unit is 13 years old so I opted for the repair and recommended additional work. I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone. Update: 6/25/2024 Once again, had Thomas out - today was Dalton. Our unit's drain lines were clogged. He vacuumed out the water out of the handler's pan and cleaned out the lines. Fast response, good price! Update 8/30/2024 Dalton was out again today as our unit quit working. Bad news; the system would cost nearly $9K to repair, so he recommended a new system. I double-checked his quote online and it was a fair quote. Did not make sense to repair so Brian quoted us a new system for not much more than it would cost to repair the old system. They even loaned us a window unit for our bedroom while we wait for the new unit to be installed. Fair dealings and I still recommend and use Thomas as you can see. Brian and Dalton were great!

I called Thomas Service for the annual tune-up and they were able to accommodate the requested date and time. Mr. Dalton Ellenburg was very professional and we very much appreciate his respectful demeanor of putting on the shoe covers before entering our home. Apparently, the HVAC unit needed more than just a tune-up. Mr. Dalton took a photo of the existing condition and worked on fixing the issue after we agreed. He showed us the before and after photos when the work was completed. Thank you for what you do.

Thomas HVAC came out to my house today to fix my AC. My AC went out on Saturday. I have Multiple Sclerosis which does not do well in the heat. Travis came out and looked at my unit. He was able to tell me how old my unit is, what is wrong with it, and how much each individual component/service would cost. As it turns out, my unit is 17 years old (my husband and I just bought this house a little more than a year ago). It will be extremely costly to fix the unit as many components need repair, replacement, or servicing. My husband and I were already considering the possibility of having to purchase a new unit. Travis was extremely helpful and honest in telling me exactly what was wrong and what would need to be fixed. He was very friendly and professional. While he was going over the different issues and the cost involved to fix them, we called my husband and put him on speaker so he could ask any questions. He also was able to get us an appointment for a consult with the company rep to go over options for a new unit this week to make sure it worked for our schedule. He was able to get my AC going again! I would highly recommend this company!! They let my husband know an hour before they came out which allowed me to leave work and make it home before Travis got here (and I didn't have to miss a full day of work waiting for a service technician to come)! I give this company and Travis 5 stars!!
