I called Thomas HVAC for a second opinion on installing an A/C and checking existing commercial heaters at my detail shop. To my surprise, Travis came out and gave me an entirely different opinion of the system than the previous company gave me. I was totally shocked but really appreciated the honesty. Then Brian came out and gave me some great advice and information on installing a wall a/c unit. Thanks to Thomas HVAC for your professionalism and honesty!

Some of the best communication I’ve had with a contractor. Tech was on time and kept me informed. Very knowledgeable regarding ductless systems and offered several options. Pleased so far. Looking forward to the install.

Thomas HVAC located in Meridianville are very dependable and have excellent Customer Service! Yesterday our A/C went out. They assured us we would be taken care of and advised they would send a technician to our home before end of day. The tech called to advise he was on his way and arrived shortly after!

The technician did thorough inspection and got our A/C back working! Their service and inspection fee was very reasonable, as is their maintenance plan, We signed up! We highly recommend this dependable company that answers their phones right away and made us feel they truly care about the customer!

We contacted various HVAC companies within our area bit never had any follow through with them. Thomas remained in contact answering questions and offering assistance with my broken unit. I could not have asked for better customer service and appreciate their help diagnosing and eventually replacing our unit. Lee Hatchett was great to work with and did an excellent job, and couldn’t have asked for better technicians. Highly recommended doesn’t come close.

My technician was Thomas. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue, and worked with me to help apply any discounts I was eligible for.

A few days later (on a Sunday) he walked me through another issue over text, step by step with detailed instructions and quick responses to all of my dumb questions. On his day off. 100% could have ignored my messages and I would have even understood that. He goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are taken care of and actually cares about the person, not just the job.

Matt was AMAZING! Thrilled with his work and professionalism! Diagnosed and Repaired the problem with the parts we had on hand. Scheduling was easy and communication was clear and helpful!

The price was fair, and professionals did the work. We required a plumber for an emergency reason. Glady, we finally met their professional plumbers in Huntsville. They relieved us of the issue.

Tiara Nance was an amazing customer service representative – she guaranteed that someone would be here to help me the same day and she assured me they would get me taken care of. She was very polite and professional, and made me feel comfortable using this service for the first time. She made me feel so at ease.

The tech (James) was very kind, professional, and found the problem and had it fixed all in the same day. He did a great job!
