I needed a pressure regulator replaced, so I was put in contact with Mr. Jason and he setup the appointment.

Next day, the guys came out a few minutes EARLY. Super friendly, and within an hour and some change they had it good as new!

I had had the same service done at my old house in 2009 and the price today wasn’t very much more than it was then. Which says a lot considering the state of things.

I’d recommend them if you want it done efficiently and correctly.

I bought a top-of-the-line HVAC unit from Thomas last year. Really a good experience getting it installed. Well last night my heat shut off and wouldn’t stay on. They sent a technician out and fixed it quickly. There was a problem with a factory component that was upgraded at the factory but not labeled..it caused an excessive electrical drain. The technician fixed me up quickly and they honored their warranty. The service tech also noticed an electric issue I didn’t even know I had. Definitely will be fixing that.

Thomas HVAC installed a new unit in my home last year. Best choice I have made. Not only does it work better than my last unit, but is so much more efficient.

They sent a technician out today to do a service (February 2024). Dalton is the technician that came out. What a great guy. He was extremely friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable when it came to the system. He explained everything and ensured I was informed on everything he did. I would highly recommend not only Thomas HVAC but Dalton as well. Keep up the great work, and hang on to Dalton; he is a good one. Thanks so much.

We called Thomas this morning because our HVAC went out over the weekend, and they got someone to our house within hours! Dalton came in and got straight to business, knew exactly what the issue was…gave me a quote, and got the job done. He was very nice, courteous, and friendly. Always a wonderful experience with the folks from Thomas – I’ve had my unit for 3 and a half years. I have a maintenance plan with them, and they come out regularly twice a year to ensure my system is ready for the coming season. Today, Dalton came out and had an awesome attitude, provided no bad news (with the exception that today is not Friday!) and completed his maintenance check & clean with swiftness and professionalism.

In the past when if I’ve ever had minor questions or issues, they were always super quick to respond and have a technician come out to inspect my system. I sleep comfortable knowing they have my back in the event I ever have any issues! Thank yall!

Dalton did a fantastic job troubleshooting a refrigerant leak and was able to fix it in one visit. They are very dependable and show up when promised!
